GENERAL RENTAL RESERVATION CONDITIONS

Upon arrival you should go to the reception with proof of identity. Rental
is personal and can not be transferred to a third party.

Reservations

Reservations are effective from saturday to saturday. Arrival between
15h00 and 17h00. Any arrival prior to scheduled time and date could
result in the holiday maker not being able to occupy the reserved rental,
excepting prior agreement by Management of the camp site.
Our mobil-home are not accessible to the disalbled.

Reservation conditions

The reservation can only be registered after receipt of a 25% deposit, and
is only effective after confirmation by the Management. The balance is to
be paid 30 days of arrival at the site, and on the day of arrival in the case
of camping pitches. A guarantee of € 250 will be requested of you prior to
installation, and will be returned (excepting early departures, see conditions)
at the end of your stay, with deduction for any possible damage
and/or missing items. Occupancy of the rental is limited to a maximum of
4 persons for 2 bedroom mobile homes.

Number of people

For all rentals the number of people must never exceed the number of
people laid down in the rental contract.
It is forbidden, on pain of expulsion, to raise a tent on the site.

Reservation cancellation

Less than 15 days prior to the date of arrival, the rental is due in its totality.
No reduction will be granted in the event of late arrival and early departure
from the camp site, or by decision of camp site management for non
respect of internal regulations.
Arrival and Departure from the rental
The rental is available as from 15h00 and must be free before 11h00 on
the day of departure.
The rental must be handed over with cleaning done, and dishes washed and arranged.
The immediate surroundings must also be left clean. Should the contrary be
the case a house cleaning fee of € 50 will be invoiced.
You will be given a detailed inventory :
It is your responsibility to check its accuracy upon your arrival. To inform
regarding missing or broken items. To return this document duly completed
and signed to the reception on the day of your arrival in order not to
be subject to any inconvenience at the time of your departure.
Inspection of the premises is to take place between 09h00 and 11h00 on
the day of departure. Should the tenant wish to leave earlier, he should
inform the reception.
Should it be impossible to make the inspection on the day of departure,
management will take care of this, and return the guarantee, within a
maximum period of 8 days, if no damage has been noted.

Vehicles

Only one vehicle can be accepted per site or per rental. .Any additional
vehicle will have to use the parking space intended for this purpose. Any
other arrangement is the responsibility of Management.

Visitors

They are accepted within limitations of site or rental capacity and after
agreement by the Management (under pain of immediate expulsion) for
security reasons, there don’t access swimming pool., and pay a fee of €
3 per day/person. Vehicles must be parked outside.

Control and security

Access to the camp site being reserved strictly for our customers, controls
may take place at any time. Pets must be mentioned during the reservation
in order to be accepted, the owner is liable for a payment of € 3 per
day. Pets must not, at any time, remain alone in the rental, they must be
kept on a lead, and excrement picked up. A vaccination certificate is mandatory.
